Associate Director (Proposal)

Dexis is a professional services firm that partners with government and community leaders to achieve critical social outcomes. The Associate Director (Proposal) role is a full-time contractor position based in Washington, DC, requiring critical administrative support to Senior Management within a U.S. government agency. The position involves providing operational and programmatic support to overseas team staff and leadership, business development coordination, and administrative and operational support for overseas programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with a Master’s degree preferred
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related consulting or project management field
• Knowledge and skill in formulating and recommending new policies, processes or strategies
• Ability to communicate with skill both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain an effective and cooperative working relationship with representatives internally and externally
