Lantana Consulting Group seeks an Associate Director for Delivery & Portfolio Management to lead our government-project portfolio and delivery organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a health, technical, or management field
- Active PMP certification with 10+ years of certification history
- Minimum of 12 years of experience serving as the primary project manager for mid-to-large government contracts over $15M
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience overseeing government programs or project portfolios valued at $30M or more annually
- Experience with P&L accountability and demonstrated success with organic project growth
- Experience leading project managers and multi-layered teams
- Strong executive presence and client-facing experience
- Ability to operate effectively at the executive leadership table
- Experience working with CDC, CMS, or similar federal-health agencies
- Expertise in the business and operational mechanics of federal contracting, enabling informed oversight of project execution and portfolio health.
