Job Description
The TB Advisor will coordinate planning, proposal development, implementation, and monitoring of the Nepal TB-Free Initiative and Global Fund-supported TB programs, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and effective use of resources and coherence between national TB-Free priorities and Global Fund grant cycles across all levels of implementation.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in public health, health management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in TB or donor-funded public health programs including demonstrated exposure to Global Fund supported grants.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Global Fund proposal development and/or grant implementation.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working with government health programs and sub-national structures in Nepal is highly desirable.
