Technical Project Lead

Dexter Magnetic Technologies is looking for a Technical Project Lead to drive engineering projects for custom magnetic solutions across Aerospace, Defense, Medical, Semiconductor and Energy industries.

Requirements

• Capture, clarify and assess customer technical requirements
• Develop engineering concepts for permanent magnets and magnetic assemblies
• Plan, structure and lead technical development projects
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Act as the primary technical interface towards international customers
• Drive technical risk assessments, feasibility analysis and design reviews
• Support technology transfer between U.S. and European engineering teams
• Contribute to the development of engineering standards and documentation practices
• Support the long-term build-up of the European engineering team
