The Marketing Manager plays a key role in elevating Dexterra Group's brand, driving measurable business impact, and supporting revenue generating initiatives. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across digital marketing, performance campaigns, content strategy, and sales enablement.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5-10+ years of progressive marketing (agency and in-house) experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including: GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite. WordPress or similar CMS platforms. Social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Meltwater. Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, CMS and analytics environments, and workflow/reporting coordination.
- Familiarity with CRM integration (Salesforce is an asset). Adobe Creative Suite experience or agency background is considered an asset.
- Proven ability to build effective B2B content strategies and multi-channel campaigns.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical abilities, including KPI creation, ROI evaluation, and dashboard reporting.
