We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and integrated marketing strategy to support the delivery of end-to-end marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and initiatives, from strategy development through launch, optimization, and reporting.
- Support paid and non-paid digital marketing programs, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Translate business objectives, research, and data insights into actionable marketing strategies and communication plans.
- Develop tailored messaging and identify appropriate distribution channels to effectively reach target audiences.
- Review campaign materials to ensure compliance with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs and recommend optimizations to improve outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors.
- Participate in the development of communication strategies designed to influence customer behavior and support business goals.
- Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in marketing processes, tools, and campaign execution.
- Work independently on multiple complex campaigns while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, risks, and issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Support problem-solving efforts and contribute to innovative marketing solutions.
- Stay current on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend their application where relevant.
