Leasing Executive

Dexus is a leading Australasian real estate group seeking a Leasing Executive to coordinate and manage leasing outcomes for Bayfair Shopping Centre and Botany Town Centre. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for leasing transactions, relationship management, and transaction execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in retail leasing with a landlord or national retailer
• Tertiary qualifications in property, business, finance, or commerce (desirable)
• A well-established industry network and strong credibility with agencies and tenant representatives
• Demonstrated success in executing complex leasing transactions and negotiations
