Job Description
We are seeking a Leasing Executive to join our Asset Operations team responsible for leasing in Jem's retail and commercial space. The successful candidate will work with the Leasing Director and Senior Manager to ensure that the retail and commercial space is fully leased and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Leasing experience in Singapore
- Good knowledge of commercial/retail leasing, market movements and real estate development plans in Singapore
- Potential industry contacts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
