As a Customer Operational Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers and a crucial link between terminal, customs, ships, internal departments and our systems.
Requirements
- MBO 3/4 work and thinking level
- Experience in logistics or shipping is a plus, but experience in customer contact is a must
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
