Job Description
As a Customer Operational Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the logistics process and making real-time impact through your link strength and overview.
Requirements
- Daily intensive contact with customers
- Consulting with terminal, customs and ships
- Processing data accurately in our systems
- Solving operational issues and switching between situations
- Contributing to the planning, progress and safety of operational processes
