Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Frankfurt. The successful candidate will have completed training in the IT sector, experience in 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support, and good technical knowledge of Windows-client and server environment, as well as M365 Services.
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. Fachinformatiker for Systemintegration (m/w/d)) or comparable qualification
- Experience in 1st- and 2nd-Level-Support or in a comparable position
- Good technical knowledge in the Windows-client and server environment, as well as in the M365 Services
- Comprehensive knowledge of common MS-Office products, Jira, and Confluence
- Knowledge of Google Workspace and Apple iOS is an asset
- Good German skills in word and writing, as well as good English skills
- Communication skills, reliability, and service-oriented working methods
