Job Description
The CSC1 assists their manager in the management of the tool supply crib located on the customer’s site, coordinating customer needs, inventory management, productivity, and logistics, with a focus on customer service, organization, and communication.
Requirements
- Must successfully complete the full Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP)
- Equivalent job-related experience preferred (for example, MRO, AutoCrib, VMI, Inventory Management, tooling)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Mechanically inclined and experience in basic mechanical repairs preferred
- Basic computer skills and experience using an ERP system a plus
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills required
- Passionate, Adaptable, Customer Focused and Teamwork oriented
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
