Job Description
The Temporary Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a critical role supporting the smooth execution of daily logistics and supply chain activities.
Requirements
- Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Liaise and communicate with carriers, warehouse employees, and with our company's internal teams to resolve any delivery and inventory issues
- Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and clients
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records in the system (TMS/WMS software)
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support Operations Team which additional duties may be assigned in support of departmental goals and require flexibility to take on additional responsibility
