The Associate Vice President-Business Integrity, GBO will provide strategic partnership for GBO and act as the first point of contact for its Leadership Team, positioning the BI function as a culture enabler that promotes ethical behavior across all levels.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in leading compliance, ethics, governance, and/or risk management programs.
- Expertise in investigations and root cause analysis, Forensic accounting Audit or legal experience, as well as experience with shared services centres operating models are a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills to identify risks and trends and provide actionable insights.
- High level of personal integrity and the ability to role model ethical behavior.
- Skilled at working through ambiguity and complexity, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
- Strong focus on execution, delivering results to impeccably high standards.
- Proven experience working across diverse cultures and geographies, with the ability to adapt communication and engagement strategies to local contexts.
- Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork across different functions.
- Strong communication skills to deliver training, drive awareness, and influence stakeholders on compliance matters.
