GM Engineering

Diageo India is seeking a General Manager – Engineering & CAPEX to lead end-to-end engineering design and execution of CAPEX portfolio across bottling, process plants, distillation, utilities, infrastructure, safety & quality compliance, ESG and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• 10–15 years in engineering & CAPEX projects with strong exposure to FMCG/Beverages/Distillery/Manufacturing; 8–10 years in utilities & infrastructure.
• Experience managing large CAPEX portfolios (₹50–100 Cr+), delivering one greenfield and one mega brownfield project.
• Skilled in SAP, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel; experience in multi-site project delivery and vendor management.
