Legal Counsel role for Diageo TW business under the Greater China hub, responsible for managing day-to-day legal affairs and providing business advice to the TW management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a certificated lawyer
- Strong commercial law background
- Strong commercial and pragmatic approach
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Ability to operate in a matrixed organization
- Confident in and sensitive to different cultures
- LL.B or equivalent
- Admitted to practice law in Taiwan or other jurisdictions
