Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled legal professional to join our team in Taipei, Taiwan. As a Corporate Counsel, Staff, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, providing comprehensive contract support, and offering regional legal counsel on a wide range of matters.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in the EDA or semiconductor industry
- LLB in Taiwan or JD in the US, with a valid license to practice law in either jurisdiction
- Demonstrated expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements (licensing, procurement, marketing) in English
- Excellent bilingual skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to practice law in both languages
- Significant experience at a large Taiwan company or a foreign-invested entity in Taiwan
