Maintenance Reliability Leader job description for a Full-time, Permanent position in Leven, Scotland. Responsible for delivering outstanding performance in all aspects of the balanced scorecard, leading on Asset Care planning & prioritisation, and managing safe execution of maintenance activity.

Requirements

• Maintenance leader/manager experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage people performance, coaching and development of a multi-disciplined team
• Proactive structured problem evaluation & solving skills learnt through exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Manufacturing excellence
• A time served trade in electrical, mechanical or instrument control
