Maintenance Reliability Leader role in Leven, Scotland, responsible for leading asset care planning, managing maintenance activity, and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Maintenance leader/manager experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage people performance, coaching and development of a multi-disciplined team
• Proactive structured problem evaluation & solving skills learnt through exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, TPM or Manufacturing excellence
• A time served trade in electrical, mechanical or instrument control
