The Process Specialist, Procurement Operations will ensure effective and efficient execution of operational and procurement activities by supporting sourcing, negotiation, and resolving issues. The role will also involve suggesting and implementing process improvements, as well as directing team members with correct process guidance.
Requirements

- Organizing and conducting e-sourcing events
- Performing sourcing activities, commercial negotiations, and contract management
- Embedding best in class procurement category excellence capability and process
- Providing comprehensive analysis on events conducted
- Managing and resolving BAU issues and queries
- Creating and managing content in Coupa
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships within Procurement, Suppliers, and Users
- Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting reports to drive global KPIs improvement
- Providing meaningful information on spend and buying pattern for category
- Identifying opportunities to minimize operational and administrative activities for Procurement team
- Creating and maintaining DTPs, Knowledge Management articles
- Actively participating in trainings on process, updates, and compliance
- Being the subject matter expert of tasks and activities performed under Procurement Operations
- Participating in helping to resolve critical/difficult issues and escalation
- Taking lead in driving process improvements projects
