Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Science professional to join our Digital and Technology team in Bangalore, India. As a Specialist, Data Science, you will work with the Commercial Analytics team to develop and implement advanced analytics, AI, and ML solutions that enhance Sales Planning and commercial performance.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Data Science, Machine Learning with focus on Commercial Analytics, or Sales Analytics
- Strong experience in predictive modelling, time-series forecasting, clustering & segmentation, optimization, and causal inference
- Hands-on experience in Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Azure (or similar cloud platforms)
- Experience working with large-scale commercial datasets (POS, distributor data, outlet-level data)
- Understanding of Revenue Growth Management principles and sales execution KPIs is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with LLM/GenAI applications in commercial analytics is desirable
- Experience with CI/CD, MLOps, and model deployment standard methodologies
