Dialpad is seeking a Forward Deployment Engineer to join their team. The primary purpose of this role is to accelerate the adoption and realization of value from their AI platform by embedding within strategic customer accounts. The successful candidate will be the crucial link that translates complex business challenges into production-ready, high-impact Agentic AI systems, driving business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a high-impact, customer-facing technical role
- Deep expertise in the modern AI/ML stack
- Proficiency in Python, Go, JS/TS, and hands-on experience with LLM frameworks
