Job Description
Dialpad is seeking a Manager of Sales Development to lead and inspire a high-performing Sales Development team, driving individual and team success. The ideal candidate will have a background in SaaS and proven success in Sales Development leadership, with expertise in building and scaling effective Sales Development teams.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of people management experience, preferably with an SDR team in a hyper-growth SaaS company
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B SaaS space
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and balance multiple, disparate work streams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to inspire and develop direct reports
- A strong work ethic; takes the initiative and thinks creatively to get the job done
- BA/BS or equivalent practical experience
