Dialpad is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the development of key native integrations, collaborating with engineering teammates, product leaders, and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes Agentic AI-compatible integrations and requires 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, experience with object-oriented programming languages, Agile development methodologies, and testing skills.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer
• Experience with at least one object-oriented programming language
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills
• Collaborative & team player but also able to work independently & autonomously
• Pragmatic approach to solving problems while balancing business goals
• Agentic AI experience
• Usage of AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for the majority of coding tasks
