Principal Semiconductor Materials Engineer

Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a hands-on Semiconductor Materials Engineer to design, fabricate, and characterize advanced semiconductor devices in a highly collaborative lab environment. The ideal candidate is curious, self-driven, and motivated by ownership and impact.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience designing, fabricating, and characterizing semiconductor devices
• Extensive hands-on experience with semiconductor microfabrication (layout experience required)
• Deep understanding of semiconductor device physics, including transport mechanisms, interfaces, and reliability
• Strong expertise in device characterization and experimental data analysis
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, inclusive, and accountability-driven team environment
