Job Description
Diamond Foundry Inc. is seeking a Senior Laser Process Engineer to optimize and deploy new and novel laser machines across various facilities. The role involves working cross-functionally with teams to improve and deploy technologies company-wide.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Materials Science, Applied Physics (materials, laser or optics focus), or Engineering
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with mass production of diamond, semiconductors, and/or ceramics
- Expertise with applying optical fundamentals, laser materials processing and resolving technical problems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with maintaining, tuning, scripting and programming motion control equipment
- Knowledge of optics and optical principles
