This role oversees the strategic development, optimization, and administration of Diasorin's Salesforce platform, managing an external team of administrators and developers while aligning the platform's capabilities with overall business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in managing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CRM analytics, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Experience in Field Service projects, knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira), familiarity with AI and automation in CRM environments are a plus
