DiBella's is seeking a Lead Baker to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for baking bread to the highest standard, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the baking manual
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
• Standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
