Job Description
At DiBella's, we're looking for a Lead Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Lead Baker will be responsible for baking bread, providing customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bakery.
Requirements
- Bake the best bread possible using the procedures in the DiBella's Bread Manual
- Prepare and serve menu items according to portion guidelines
- Display excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure cleanliness of grills, deli counter, counter sink, and more
- Develop a work pace sufficient to handle heavy rushes
- Fulfill all shift duties
- Maintain customer viewed areas and food storage areas in sanitary, orderly condition meeting Health Department standards
