Restaurant General Manager

We are looking for experienced Restaurant General Managers to train and manage location personnel, supervise culinary activities, and ensure quality standards. The General Manager directly supervises restaurant personnel and is responsible for hiring, discipline, and performance reviews. This role requires adherence to procedural guidelines and the ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer services.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
