Retail Store General Manager

Retail Store General Manager is responsible for leading the team to fulfill Blick's commitment to customers, the Arts, and local communities by exhibiting exceptional teamwork, boundless curiosity, and utmost care. The General Manager supervises the Assistant Manager(s), Key Holder(s), Receiver, Framer (if on staff), and Sales Associates, and drives revenue by ensuring associates provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Graduate, College preferred but not required
• Three years of previous retail management experience or one year of employment with Blick
• Demonstrated superior sales performance throughout career
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and supervise personnel
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
