Requirements
- Hires and builds strong teams by partnering closely with the Executive Director or Common Purpose Director
- Follows standard operating procedures around performance management
- Directly manages team in assigned departments (Apparel, Footwear, and Hardlines)
- Leads through coaching and development
- Partners with peers to deliver a great Athlete experience
- Regularly conducts data digs using financial and operational tools
- Utilizes Legion guidelines, workload planner, and budget to build effective schedules
- Responsible for meeting budgets in the areas of sales and profitabilty
- Creates opportunities to get involved with the communities
- Ensures the key strategies developed from our CSC partners are executed correctly
- Oversees the planning, scheduling, and execution of all seasonal Gameplan sets and updates
- Walks the store routinely to validate visual standards
- Educates and empowers the team to be technical experts
- Drives the overall financial performance of the store
- Prioritizes training, coaching and development of oneself and others
