Job Description
GameChanger is hiring a Director of Sales to build and lead the sales organization from the ground up. The role will focus on building a sales function, owning revenue and execution, and building account management and retention. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of sales experience, including leadership roles in B2B or B2B2C environments.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of sales experience, including leadership roles in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- 4+ years of experience managing a sales team
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience building and scaling a sales function (team, tools, process)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot)
- Experience in sports, SaaS, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms
