Job Description
Staff designated as IP Litigation Specialist at Dickinson Wright PLLC support clients, attorneys, and other staff members by performing administrative tasks and handling detail-oriented and critical tasks. They draft correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents, and maintain confidentiality of client matters.
Requirements
- Previous experience with the ITC (International Trade Commission) is preferred
- Prior experience supporting Attorneys with IPR (Inter Partes Review) before the PTAB (Patent Trial and Appeal Board) is preferred
- Previous California State Court filing experience is preferred
