Staff designated as Litigation Docketing Specialists are responsible for managing and maintaining the docketing system of the Firm, tracking litigation deadlines, and working closely with attorneys and legal operations staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or administrative field
- Minimum of two years of experience in a docketing role within a law firm or legal department, with a focus on litigation
- Proficiency with docketing software and case management systems
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules and calendar management
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and communication skills
