Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven and impact-oriented Operations Senior Analyst to join our Cross Supply Operations team. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Product, and Data teams to design and optimize driver-side initiatives. You will play a critical role in identifying operational gaps, forming business hypotheses, running experiments, and scaling successful solutions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional experience in operations, growth, business operations, or other data-driven roles
- Highly analytical and able to make data-driven decisions, with proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Capable of managing multiple priorities, working autonomously, and thriving in a fast-changing environment
- Strong in cross-functional collaboration, with proven experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and stakeholder management ability
- Fluent in English
