Operations Senior Analyst

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a highly capable and experienced Senior Analyst to specialize in our Operations function. The role requires a strategic mindset to analyze, diagnose, and suggest methods of optimization to existing processes and playbooks. The ideal candidate will drive efficient execution and measurable results across the organization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, Operations, or Strategy role, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record as a specialist, independently completing complex operations tasks and suggesting process improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks for small to mid-sized projects.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust communication style and presentation content based on the audience (technical vs. executive).
• Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a project, from planning to execution and completion.
• Advanced ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate consensus among various internal stakeholders.
• Experience understanding and articulating user pain points and the core value delivered to customers.
• An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's) in a related field.
