Job Description
We are looking for a talented professional to join our Driver Operations team as a Strategy & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a start-up spirit, be highly analytical, data-driven, and eager to solve complex business challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- +5 years of experience in data analytics, operations, or strategy roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to drive initiatives and lead projects with a structured approach
- Advanced Excel, SQL and Data Analytics skills (Python/ R knowledge is a plus but not required)
- Fluent English is required
