The 988 Crisis Counselor role provides crisis intervention, emotional support, and resources to individuals via telephone, with a focus on quality assurance and efficiency. Requirements

• Minimum of six months of relevant behavioral health experience
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
