Job Description
Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components. Offers scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs to products within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Familiarizes with field service technician practices and procedures.
- Performs incident management, hardware repairs, cleaning and adjusting of mechanical components, and configuration and installation of software.
- Performs preventive maintenance, routine checks, and consumable replacement.
- Installs, transfers, adds, modifies, and deletes hardware and software products (IMAC/R).
- Instructs and trains customers on the use and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participates in regular hardware and software training and special projects.
