Job Description
Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, mainly at customer facilities. Offers scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor repairs of products within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Familiarizes oneself with field service technicians' practices and procedures.
- Performs any or all of the following tasks: Incident management, Preventive maintenance, IMAC/R, Customer training, Participates in regular hardware and software training, Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed-upon KPIs.
