Job Description
Installs, cleans, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components. Offers scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Familiarizes himself/herself with service field technician practices and procedures.
- Performs any or all of the following tasks: Incident management, hardware repairs, cleaning and adjustments, software configuration and installation, preventive maintenance, client training, IMAC/R, and participates in regular hardware and software training.
- Collaborates on special projects as assigned.
