Requirements

• Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand
• Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations
• Sort and remove trash
• Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks
• Gain exposure to different stations within the DIG kitchen
