Restaurant Shift Leader supporting culinary and hospitality excellence in a scratch-based kitchen, leading and training kitchen staff, and driving guest experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment
- Food Safety Certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position (frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds)
