Group BI Manager

Digicel is seeking a Group BI Manager to lead the reporting, analytics, and data governance function for Customer Value Management (CVM) across all Digicel markets. The role requires a strong background in BI, analytics, and data governance, with experience in leading dashboarding and reporting initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining standardized reporting frameworks, automated dashboard environments, and strong data governance practices that enable accurate, consistent, and actionable commercial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in BI, analytics, reporting, CVM, commercial performance management, or related fields
• Proven experience leading dashboarding, reporting, or data governance initiatives
• Strong experience working with Power BI, SQL, and large-scale reporting environments
• Experience managing or coordinating cross-functional reporting and analytical projects
• Telecommunications, fintech, or B2C industry experience preferred
• Experience with data warehouse environments and reporting automation initiatives considered an advantage
