2+ years Commercial experience in telecommunications, remittance or related field, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or equivalent, Strong leadership and communication skills

2+ years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management with a degree in Business Management

3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, proven success in sales & distribution performance management, and strong experience in commercial strategy & execution

2+ years of experience in a similar role, Bachelor's degree in Training/Education, and excellent presentation and communication skills

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in service management, diploma or degree in Business Management, IT, or related discipline, solid understanding of SLA management and contract structures

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Telecommunications Engineering, 5+ years' experience, computer literate, and knowledge of electrical power systems

Minimum 7-10 years experience in service management, customer success, or operations within a B2B environment. At least 3-5 years in a senior leadership or people-management role. Experience within telecommunications, ICT, or technology-driven service environments is strongly preferred

5+ years of telesales/digital sales experience, analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and strong communication skills

10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, proven track record in P&L ownership and vendor negotiation

3+ CXC subjects, previous sales experience, and customer service experience required
