Job Description
The O&M Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field operations, maintenance activities, and coordination of technical site services to ensure high network availability, reliability, and compliance.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate O&M Technicians and Field Engineers in daily operations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, generators, batteries, solar systems, and network infrastructure.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing of network and power equipment.
