Job Description
IT Technical Specialist responsible for ensuring the company's IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently, providing technical support to internal users, and troubleshooting incidents.
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in IT support / systems / networking roles
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, network troubleshooting, hardware and system configuration
- Professional level of Spanish and English, desirable Russian and/or Armenian
