Provide support to the Desktop team by resolving network, connectivity, and telecommunications issues as they arise. The role will cover all European countries within the Helpdesk, responding to tickets submitted by Medline employees.
Requirements
- Provide first-line IT support for end-user environments, including network, connectivity, and telecommunications issues
- Manage and prioritize tickets in the helpdesk system, ensuring accurate documentation and resolution
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure network and application stability
