Job Description
Hands-on experience building and optimizing email campaigns inside major ESPs, executing strategy, improving performance, and contributing ideas that impact client results. This is a fully remote job.
Requirements
- Design and build on-brand, conversion-focused email campaigns inside platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.
- QA and test emails across devices and inboxes
- Collaborate with strategists to align email campaigns with broader marketing goals
- Contribute ideas for segmentation, personalization, and automation improvements
- Recommend layout and design improvements based on performance data
- Support A/B testing initiatives
- Understand core metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send)
- Apply best practices related to deliverability and engagement
- Manage multiple clients and deadlines independently
- Maintain brand standards across client touchpoints
